Zim Integrated Shipping Services Ltd (ZIM) has announced that its seasonal reefer service from Egypt to Russia has started operating on January 10.

The weekly, fixed-day service provides a direct link from Alexandria to Novorossiysk (Russia) NUTEP modern terminal, with four-day transit time.

“The service is specifically designed for the needs of our customers shipping perishable cargo, as part of our strategy aimed at providing solutions to our customers’ needs,” said Rani Ben-Yehuda, EVP Cross Suez and Atlantic business unit.
