SHIPPERS ANNOUNCED MORE SAILING SCHEDULES FOR SEPTEMBER

Members of THE Alliance — Hapag-Lloyd, Ocean Network Express, Yang Ming and Hyundai Merchant Marine — have announced service adjustments in September to reflect the ongoing impact of the coronavirus pandemic on the global shipping.

 

The schedules reflected maintained sailings for Asia- North Europe, Asia-Mediterranean, and Transpacific-West Coast although the shipping alliance also announced voided schedules mostly in the Transpacific-East Coast route, Asia-Middle East and Transatlantic schedules.

 

THE Alliance said in a statement that it will maintain its FP1/FP2/FE2/FE3 weekly sailings and the FE4 Extra Loader Program will be continued from week 36 to week 39 with rotation adjusted as follows: Pusan – Shanghai – Ningbo – Yantian – Singapore – (Suez Canal) – Southampton – Hamburg – Antwerp – Rotterdam – (Suez Canal) – Singapore – Hong Kong – Yantian – Shanghai - Pusan.

 

The Alliance will also maintain its MD3 weekly sailings as well as the MD1/MD2 that will be in September except for Week 37.


For the Transpacific-West Coast route, all PSW and PNW loops will be performed in September. Meanwhile, for the Transpacific East Coast (via Panama and Suez Canals) the EC1/EC2/EC4/EC5 will maintain their weekly sailings and EC3 will be reinstated on week 37 and Week 39.

 

Meanwhile, Week 36 – EC3 of its Transpacific-West Coast route will be voided, along with Week 38. 

 

In its Asia-Middle East sailings, The Alliance also said Week 36, 37 – AG3 will be voided and AG1 will remain merged with AG3.

 

For the Transatlantic operations, the shipping alliance said Week 36 and 38 of AL1 will be voided as well as Week 36 and 39 of AL4.
