Kuehne+Nagel International AG has named Eduardo Razuck and Søren Schmidt to its Management Board, with Razuck set to lead Contract Logistics starting Oct. 1, 2025, and Schmidt to head Road Logistics beginning May 1, 2026.
Razuck will replace Gianfranco Sgro, and Schmidt is set to succeed Dr. Hansjörg Rodi, who will retire in summer 2026.

Schmidt, a Danish national born in 1972, will join Kuehne+Nagel with three decades of experience in road logistics, including a decade as CEO of the division at DSV A/S.
Razuck, a dual Italian and Brazilian citizen born in 1979, will take over the Contract Logistics unit role after holding senior roles at the company since 2003. He most recently oversaw operations in North and South America and served on the global leadership team. From 2015 to 2022, he led the company's Brazil operations. Sgro is leaving to become CEO of a company in the mobility sector after more than 10 years with Kuehne+Nagel.
