ANA, AIR INCHEON TO CODESHARE ON FREIGHTER SERVICES

All Nippon Airways and Air Incheon have launched a freighter codeshare agreement on routes between Japan and South Korea, effective September 15.

Under the codeshare agreement, ANA and Air Incheon will sell cargo space on flights operated by both carriers.

By leveraging the combined strengths of their networks, the airlines will enhance connectivity and meet the growing demand for cargo transportation.

Air Incheon to rebrand Asiana's freighter business

Air Incheon, which completed the integration of Asiana Airlines' freighter business on August 1, also announced plans to rebrand as AIRZETA, subject to government approval.

The announcement said this integration positions the company as South Korea's second-largest cargo airline operator.

ANA Holdings Inc. acquired shares of Nippon Cargo Airlines Co., Ltd. (NCA) on August 1. By integrating NCA's large-freighter  capabilities with the ANA Group's international network, ANA will strengthen support for the increasing role of global logistics.

ANA and Air Incheon noted that they remain committed to delivering high-quality, competitive services that meet customer transport needs through business growth and network partnerships. By strengthening their cargo operations, the two companies are dedicated to creating greater value for the growing cargo demand between Japan and South Korea.

ANA, the largest airline group holding company in Japan, comprises 71 companies.
It offers three distinct airline brands: ANA, Peach, the leading LCC in Japan, and AirJapan, launched in 2024 for international routes covering Asia.

Air Incheon was established in 2012 as the first dedicated cargo airlines in Korea. In August 2025, it was integrated with Asiana Airlines's cargo division and rebranded as AIRZETA.

Building on the foundation of Air Incheon, "the first all-cargo airline in Korea" and Asiana Airlines's extensive freighter network, AIRZETA will emerged as Korean leading dedicated cargo airline. It operates a network connecting major global cargo hubs across USA, Europe, Southeast Asia, China, Japan and plan to strengthen its role as a transshipment hub centered on Incheon International Airport.
