DACHAN BAY TERMINALS WELCOMES A NEW INDIA-VIETNAM EXPRESS SERVICE

DaChan Bay Terminals said it welcomed “TC SYMPHONY” on her maiden call on the India Vietnam Express service (IVX) operated by Gold Star Line Ltd (GSL) on November 2.

In a statement, DaChan Bay Terminals in Shenzhen said the new service provides more choices for exporters for sending goods to Malaysia and offers expanded coverage of India.

Shippers may also use this service to bring cargoes from Vietnam and transship to other parts of the world through the service network at DaChan Bay Terminals.

“We have had good cooperation with Gold Star Line for many years and we are glad to have more services of GSL calling at our terminals which serve the Pan-PRD cargo catchment area. The IVX service enhances the position of DaChan Bay Terminals as a hub port,” said DaChan Bay Terminals managing director Brian Yeung.

Two vessels are deployed in the IVX service.

The service calls DaChan Bay Terminals every Thursday with a port rotation of DaChan Bay – Port Kelang – Kattupalli – Port Kelang – Chu Lai – Haiphong – Qinzhou – DaChan Bay.
