AIR CHARTER SERVICE MAKES TOP MANAGEMENT CHANGES
June 23, 2025

Air Charter Service (ACS) has recently undergone a management restructuring, announcing a new group chief executive officer and a new group chief operating officer for its Time Critical products.

Dan Morgan-Evans, group cargo director at parent company Air Charter Service, said the company's Time Critical services of Onboard Courier (OBC) and Next Flight Out (NFO) have seen "incredible growth" in the first six months of the year.

"On this basis, we have promoted Robert Alleman to the position of group chief executive officer of ACS Time Critical," he said, adding that Alleman is responsible for the global development of our OBC and NFO services.

Working alongside Alleman, Andreas Spies is set to become the new group chief operating officer.

Morgan-Evans noted that Spies has been part of ACS's onboard courier team in Frankfurt for more than seven years and rose to the position of Operations Director before recently being appointed as head of Time Critical Services for Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific. He now has the responsibility of operational delivery for these products across the group.

"ACS provides a global infrastructure and a unique presence for the Time Critical teams – it is an exciting time for the company, as we look build on this year’s strong results and the team growth under Robert and Andreas," the group cargo director at Air Charter Service, said.
