Kale Logistics Solutions (Kale) has launched AvSys, a next‑generation cross‑border ecommerce logistics platform designed to give airlines, etailers, shippers and consignees enhanced transparency, operational control and regulatory compliance for both individual and high‑volume parcel movements.
AvSys introduced piece-level tracking across both individual and consolidated air cargo shipments, enabling stakeholders to monitor every order while meeting evolving cross-border customs and security requirements.
The system supported end-to-end operational visibility, with particular strength in the traditionally underdigitised middle-mile segment, and extends tracking into the first and last mile to close a major visibility gap in ecommerce logistics.
Amar More, chief executive officer and cofounder of Kale Logistics Solutions, said the rapid expansion of ecommerce had outpaced the capabilities of legacy airline systems. Traditional air waybill-driven, kilo-based processes could not deliver the speed, granularity, and transparency modern shippers required. AvSys replaces these constraints with a parcel-centric digital architecture that enables realtime control, regulatory compliance, and visibility across domestic and cross-border environments.
AvSys was built to help airlines offer ecommerce-ready services, allowing more efficient point-to-point operations and reducing reliance on costly hub-and-spoke networks. The platform facilitates realtime, end-to-end data exchange, improving operational efficiency across stakeholders while maintaining compliance with global regulatory standards.
The launch followed Kale's acquisition of AVLOG Systems, a specialised express and ecommerce logistics technology provider, which broadened its technology portfolio and supported its expansion into high‑growth ecommerce markets. Kale introduced AvSys at Air Cargo India, marking its fifteenth anniversary and its presence across more than 150 airports and seaports worldwide, and also unveiled a new brand identity reflecting more connected, technology‑enabled operations.
Kale noted that recent industry developments highlighted the platform's relevance: global cargo ecosystems are undergoing rapid digital transformation, with Kale investing in AI-enabled Cargo Community Systems, predictive planning, automated documentation, and exception management to strengthen resilience and transparency.
Its technology roadmap aligns with major international standards, including IATA CargoiQ, ICAO, WCO and UN/CEFACT, ensuring cross‑border interoperability and customs integration.
Kale's collaboration with logistics providers such as eSmart Logistics demonstrates AvSys's role in enabling SKU‑level visibility, real‑time tracking and virtual‑integrator ecommerce models.
As a fast‑growing SaaS provider active in more than 40 countries, Kale continues to invest in cloud‑native architectures, cybersecurity‑by‑design, automation, robotics integration and digital trade corridors to support the industry's shift toward touchless cargo handling and unified digital supply chains.
